FAQ
The AI umpire said "no" but I think the answer is "yes". Can I appeal?
The umpire references the secret's Ground Truth — a list of facts the AI confirmed when the secret was submitted. If you think a verdict is genuinely wrong (not just unfortunate), email us with the match ID (find it in the Result screen) and we'll check the call. Note that the umpire is intentionally strict on shorthand questions and gives one consistent set of answers per match — that's the design, not a bug.
I forfeited a match by accident. Can my streak be restored?
Forfeits are final. The 60-second per-turn timer is the same for everyone — restoring forfeits would break leaderboard fairness. The exception: if a server-side issue clearly caused the forfeit (e.g., the app crashed mid-turn), email us and we'll investigate.
How do I cancel my Unlimited subscription?
iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Judgey → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Unlimited access until then. We can't cancel on your behalf; only Apple can.
I bought Unlimited but the app still shows "Free".
Quit and reopen the app — the subscription state syncs from RevenueCat on app launch. If it's still wrong after a relaunch, tap Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn't fix it within 5 minutes, email us with your handle and approximate purchase time.
I want a refund.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of the charge. Apple's decision is final.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete account. Two-step destructive flow. Your handle, email, and avatar are scrubbed within 24 hours; match history is retained anonymously for leaderboard integrity.
Can I play on Android?
Not yet — Judgey is iOS-only at launch. Android is on the roadmap for after the iOS app finds its audience.
Can I report another player?
Email us with the offending player's handle and what they did (offensive secret, cheating, abusive handle). We review reports manually and can suspend accounts.
The categories don't have what I want to play.
The seven launch categories were chosen because they produce fair, guessable secrets. We're collecting feedback on which to expand. Tell us what category you want to see — we read every email.
